Salasso al ristorante!

We ate very well, abbiamo preso semplicemente un antipasto misto per due persone (che non si sa bene perchè ma aveva solo porzioni singole per cui abbiamo dovuto tagliare tutto a metà...direi abbastanza frustrante visto che è costato solo lui 20 €)
Dopodichè lui ha preso una porzione di agnolotti -7 agnolotti per l'esattezza- agli asparagi con crema di caprino, e io un carpaccio di seitan con crema di tofu e olive taggiasche.
Acqua e due caffè.

Ora, non voglio assolutamente mettere in dubbio l'onestà dei proprietari, molto cordiali e simpatici.
Non mi permetterei mai di criticare la cucina perchè era tutto ottimo.
Ma porcolina miseria ladra non sono un pò tantini € 80 ?!?!?

appetizer consisted of a copper pomorie couscous stuffed with cold butterflies
6 4 slices tomato
parmesan cheese with a teaspoon of royal jelly jelly rose
a meatball miso and sesame with a diameter of 1 cm
a morsel of bread dough filled with vegetables
quadrotto a puff pastry (2x2cm) with 4 Filini spicy eggplant
a grape with a piece of cheese like emmethaler dipped in a thread of honey
Again, all organic ingredients and all delicious, but the menu was composed 4-course all hyper and care as well as strictly business (sitan, tofu, barley, point). I am of the firm opinion that
a vegetarian restaurant should expand the menu with things even more popular and common as it becomes impossible to bring non-vegetarian people and expect to bring them closer to this style of living with the condition to make them a drain on the wallet and out of there by famine ... Maybe
be wrong, honestly I hope that among you who read it, someone can say "what the hell you say you paid too little for the quality of the food you ate and who can give me explanation on prices so high and such a narrow menu ...
