Here I am!
Being able to spend some time on the pc, I dabbled in the search for sites and blogs as well as vegan-only vegetarian.
I built a multimedia library of recipes, eheh ^ ^
short, I'll even get ideas when I have no desire to play the test of no cook?
After nearly two months of dietary change, I will illustrate the benefits purely subjective-that-I have received:
- I lost about 1.5 kg (calculated that this was not the My goal)
- I do not have any problems with digestion (whereas previously digested one day yes and 3 no)
- in the bathroom have become as regular as clockwork (whereas before I suffered from chronic constipation, the series that we went to the bathroom yes and no 2 times a week and I'm not exaggerating)
- I gave up coffee for no effort to replace it with barley and not at all feel the lack (coffee was the sole mio " vice "food)
- around the thigh was reduced spontaneously as well as the cellulite and the" side piece "against which to fight nine years (and losing weight has never helped, I assure you)
- are generally much more active and much less tired (although my rates have changed di molto)
- sto cambiando idea sull'utilizzo delle preparazioni come seitan e tofu, non esagero ma ogni tanto me le concedo (fino Last month I had decided to abolish them, but I upped the culinary aspect of these ingredients and I decided to integrate them. Obviously, this influence is vegan, videos of Italian and European farms having touched me too ...)
Not bad eh?
Obviously, if work schedules permit, pass to the GP this week and I will do all sorts of analysis because I want to also monitor what happens inside of me ...
Last but not least I dusted off the old texts of Food Chemistry and I made them into my reading pm (during lunch in cui non posso rientrare a casa) quindi cercherò di formarmi, nel limite del possibile, le mie idee e conclusioni.
- sale q.b.
- pangrattato q.b.
- erba cipollina
- menta
- rosmarino
- lievito alimentare (meglio in fiocchi)
Ora le disponiamo in an oiled baking pan (I used parchment paper as I pan the very old and too little time for them to properly clean-promise that I buy new and avoid the waste of paper), sprinkle the bread crumbs and give them a better shot because they are well covered.
At this point I added chives, mint and rosemary and I baked for 30 minutes.
just out of the oven strew with nutritional yeast flakes, and serve them to me (far from Wolf try, I'm sure)
For now I only have the photo of the preparation, but it is already so much to me and then remembered it ...^^
