PRESENTAZIONE N. 5 DELLA RIVISTA LA NUOVA BANDIERA

Torna ad uscire la rivista La Nuova Bandiera dopo un intervallo abbastanza
lungo. Questa rivista non ha ancora una periodicità fissa; essa è
strettamente legata ai tempi del lavoro politico ideologico nazionale e
internazionale dei proletari comunisti maoisti italiani, impegnati nella
costruzione del partito comunista maoista nel nostro paese, come reparto
d'avanguardia
organizzato della classe operaia, parte integrante del movimento comunista
internazionale .
Questo lavoro procede, sia pure non con i tempi che vorremmo e che
richiederebbe la situazione nazionale e internazionale.

Sul piano internazionale, siamo impegnati a uscire dalla crisi/stagnazione
in cui il Movimento Rivoluzionario Internazionalista (MRI), componente
marxista leninista maoista del movimento comunista internazionale, è entrato
negli ultimi anni per effetto della debacle opportunista di una parte
consistente dei partiti che costituiscono il Corim, il coordinamento
internazionale e il centro di questo movimento. La debacle opportunista ha
visto come interpreti principali il Partito comunista rivoluzionario degli
Stati Uniti, il PcrUsa, e negli ultimi quattro anni la direzione
revisionista del Partito Comunista del Nepal. In questo contesto è stato
necessario riprendere le fila dell'unità delle forze interne ed esterne al
MRI per ricostruirne una rete, un coordinamento, in prospettiva di una nuova
conferenza internazionale che dia vita a un nuovo centro e a una linea
generale aggiornata.
La nascita della rivista 'Maoist Road' è uno strumento e una tappa

tendenze, presenti nel nostro campo, che ostacolano, contrastano e
danneggiano l'avanzamento della costruzione del partito.
Parte di questo lavoro è anche la formazione di base di operai, giovani,
donne che costituiscono le attuali avanguardie di lotta, in generale
sprovviste degli elementi basilari del marxismo e ancor più del leninismo e
del maoismo.
Per questo La Nuova Bandiera, e questo numero ne è un esempio, sceglie
soprattutto questo secondo aspetto del lavoro politico, teorico, come
materia dei suoi scritti, del suo uso e diffusione.
La forma adatta a questo lavoro è quella dei Circoli Proletari comunisti che
la rivista impulsa con la concezione e la pratica, che non ci stanchiamo mai
di affermare, nel fuoco della lotta di classe in stretto legame con le
masse.
Diversi di questi articoli sono già in parte usciti nel blog di Proletari
comunisti - vedi Speciale Fiat - ma il loro inserimento nella rivista ha uno
scopo altro, quello cioè di rendere questi testi pienamente organici al
lavoro politico teorico complessivo del partito e di consolidare i punti di
riferimento di essi che fanno da stella polare discriminante nel movimento
operaio e comunista.

NOSTRA ELABORAZIONE

Quanto denunciato dal comunicato di proletari comunisti-PCm Italia, è assolutamente confermato da numerose tendenze di attacco ai diritti elementari degli operai in Fincantieri a Marghera. Stiamo assistendo a numerosi tentativi in tal senso, sia negli appalti della Fincantieri, sia in altre realtà.

Ciò significa che il “filo nero” che lega la politica Fiat, ( in questa congiuntura a partire dal caso Melfi, dalle minacce di chiusura di Termini Imerese, quindi dall’attacco strutturale di Pomigliano e dalla successiva rottura contrattuale con la Fiom da parte di Confindustria, con lo smascheramento totale di Cisl-Uil) , alla legge del cosiddetto “collegato lavoro” ed ai progetti di revisione e riscrittura dello Statuto dei lavoratori, è un filo nero che attraversa tutto il mondo industriale e dei cosiddetti “consulenti”, che in molti casi altro non sono che “consiglieri specializzati in truffe”, lautamente pagati dai padroni per erodere margini di salario e di dignità ai lavoratori.

In un caso addirittura una ditta subappaltatrice in Fincantieri, con oltre 100 operai, lamenta che moltissimi operai a novembre hanno fatto “da 1 a 3 giorni” di malattia, come se questo non fosse normale in un paese in cui tutti i cittadini sono stati colpiti da influenza tra ottobre e novembre, come se si trattasse addirittura di un “complotto” ordito in funzione conflittuale dagli operai stessi !!!

La cosa più scabrosa tuttavia è che la politica del “cuore” del residuale della “sinistra” nella politica italiana, cioè la Cgil, giochi al “rinvio” dello sciopero generale, e soprattutto la posizione di Napolitano. Va detto che Napolitano, al pari di Pertini che si eresse a difensore dei padroni dai “cattivi” delle Brigate rosse, si erge questa volta a paladino della “normalità”, mentre il paese va a catafascio e l’economia delle famiglie va in rovina. Napolitano, che comunista non è mai stato neppure quando era dirigente del Pci, è stato il primo dirigente del P”c”i ad andare in visita negli Stati Uniti.

Siccome riteniamo che quanto a nefandezze nella Storia, solo l’aeronautica degli Stati Uniti sia stata e sia superiore ai nazisti di Hitler ed ai secoli dell’Inquisizione Vaticana, non comprendiamo perché Napolitano non abbia avuto alcun problema a mantenere a galla Berlusconi. Poteva sempre chiamare l’Esercito degli Stati Uniti a salvare l’Italia per la seconda volta ! Perché questo è ciò che pensa Napolitano, lui pensa che l’Italia l’abbiano salvata gli americani, non certo il Comitato di Liberazione Nazionale !

Noi, che non la pensiamo come lui su nulla, riteniamo che l’Italia l’abbiano salvata i Partigiani ed il Popolo stesso, una volta risvegliatosi. E che di una nuova Liberazione e di un nuovo Risveglio, ci sia davvero bisogno !

A partire dall’unità dal basso degli operai e dei proletari nell’autorganizzazione, nelle lotte, nel sindacato di classe in costruzione, e grazie ad una lotta fino in fondo, ad una guerra popolare, diretta finalmente da un Partito Comunista all’altezza della situazione !

Prendiamo le distanze da chi prende le distanze! Sui fatti del 22 Dicembre a Palermo
Lo scorso 22 dicembre Palermo ha visto una nuova grande giornata di mobilitazione in cui migliaia di studenti sono tornati di nuovo in piazza contro la riforma Gelmini e il governo Berlusconi.

Dopo il grande assalto dei palazzi del potere a Roma dello scorso 14 dicembre, gli studenti palermitani hanno tenuta alta la bandiera del movimento, assaltando il palazzo della regione siciliana che alla stregua del parlamento nazionale è dimora di mafiosi e parassiti.

Nel pomeriggio un secondo corteo ha bloccato la vita economica della città paralizzando il centro storico e colpendo simbolicamente con vernice e spray banche e grossi esercizi commerciali come la Rinascente.

Smentiamo categoricamente la versione dei principali quotidiani che hanno parlato di “corteo di violenti la mattina” e di “corteo pacifico di pomeriggio” come scritto da Repubblica, non ci sono ne buoni ne cattivi, il movimento studentesco è unico e attua pratiche condivise. In questo senso sono giuste e rivendichiamo tutte le pratiche e le azioni di questo movimento, dall’assalto alla sede regionale, ai cassonetti ribaltati in questi giorni, ai blocchi selvaggi della città e dei suoi centri nevralgici, agli attacchi simbolici a banche, Mondadori, Rinascente ecc.ecc.

Tutto questo è stato messo in atto dal movimento studentesco che nonostante le sue molteplici anime si è trovato d’accordo su queste pratiche radicali.

Tutto ciò è stato possibile perché dal movimento dell’onda del 2008 il movimento attuale ha imparato dagli errori ed è cresciuto, ha imparato a tenere fuori i partiti e i sindacati istituzionali (leggi di regime) anche di falsa sinistra come PD e CGIL ma non solo.

In questo senso provocano un forte senso di sdegno le dichiarazioni di individui squallidi, come le organizzazioni di cui fanno parte, che vistosi relegati in un angolo dagli studenti adesso tentano di risalire alla ribalta complice la stampa compiacente.
