Il Partito Comunista d'Italia (Sezione dell'Internazionale Comunista) è costituito sulla base
dei seguenti principi.
1. Nell'attuale regime sociale capitalistico si sviluppa un sempre crescente contrasto fra le
forze produttive ed i rapporti di produzione, dando origine all'antitesi ed alla lotta di classe
tra il proletariato e la borghesia dominante.
2. Gli attuali rapporti di produzione sono protetti dal potere dello Stato borghese, che,
fondato sul sistema rappresentativo della democrazia, costituisce l'organo per la difesa degli
interessi della classe capitalistica.

4. The indispensable organ of the revolutionary struggle is the political party of class. The Communist Party
, combines the most advanced and conscious of the proletariat,
unifies the efforts of the working masses, turning from the struggles of the interest groups and results

task of spreading revolutionary consciousness among the masses, to organize the means

5. The World War, caused by irreconcilable inner contradictions of the capitalist system

of capitalism, in which class struggle can only lead to armed conflict between the working masses
and the power of the bourgeoisie.
6. After the overthrow of bourgeois power, the proletariat can not organize themselves into a dominant class
with the destruction of the bourgeois state and the establishment of the
state based solely on the productive class and excluding any right
bourgeois political class.
7. The form of political representation in the State proletario è il sistema dei Consigli dei
lavoratori (operaie contadini), già in atto nella rivoluzione russa, inizio della rivoluzione
proletaria mondiale e prima stabile realizzazione della dittatura proletaria.
8. La necessaria difesa dello Stato proletario, contro tutti i tentativi contro-rivoluzionari,
può essere assicurata solo col togliere alla borghesia ed ai partiti avversi alla dittatura
proletaria ogni mezzo di agitazione e di propaganda politica, e con l'organizzazione armata
del proletariato per respingere gli attacchi interni ed esterni.
9. Solo lo Stato proletario potrà sistematicamente attuare tutte quelle successive misure
d'intervento nei rapporti dell'economia sociale con which it will replace the capitalist system

2. basato sulla strategia della guerra popolare sfociante nel l’insurrezione
adatta alle condizioni specifiche del nostro paese oggi;
3. fondato sulla centralità operaia e che sia reparto d’avanguardia organizzato
della classe operaia
4. costruito nel fuoco della lotta di classe in stretto legame con le masse
5. un partito di tipo nuovo che attui una completa rottura nel campo
dell’ideologia, della teoria, della organizzazione, della pratica con il
revisionismo vecchio e nuovo;
6. saldamente interno al movimento
