Winco Blueberry Muffin Mix Recipe

Prime impronte del mio cammino

After a delightful afternoon spent in the spa, set in hot tubs of all kinds, magnificence in the turkish bath (because we were the only customers thermarium), to walk on cobblestones enduring jets of icy water first and then hot ... I feel much better!
Strange but true I even convinced my boyfriend to keep me company and has been even more relaxing.
Returning from the center in question, we found ourselves near a small courtyard that includes a commercial Esselunga, so my dear friend decided to stop because it got a sudden craving for steak in the fridge and we did not.
Since it is so fashionable to give nicknames to their respective half (want to be named, either by emotional issues) and I saw myself as Aqua Cat, Blood Red Wolf soprannominerò him, so be clear and explicit as to be divided eating habits in our family.
That said, I enter with him in the supermarket.
Under the guise of this new awareness of food and video-anti-meat vegan when I stumbled upon these days, I could not deign to look at some of the meat department ... I found most attractive fish, and a question I is just sort: the traceability of meat is now required by law and clearly visible (more or less) on the wrappers, labels, farmhouses selling their cattle and then, in one way or another you get to be able to find out where they arrive the beasts and, therefore, whether and how they are treated during muntura and pasture.
But how to fish? When do the rights
animals are broken in fish farms?
Here, we should document why this particular topic are totally ignorant, as soon as I will post some info on the blog!
After all the fish I eat, so I would know how to recognize the good suppliers from uncivilized and barbaric (see herds where cows are dragged to the ground on stones with chains, which bind the head and feet bleeding to constantly milk them, etc.)

That said, I find myself in the pleasant position to begin to define some guidelines for my new power supply (for which I have to find a proper definition, unless it already exists).
Mano a specialized books, texts School of Chemistry and Food Science, blogs of every type and kind, I begin to roll out what we hope will be corrected pillars. Let's start with the side
ovolattovegetariano, on which I based mainly:
Then, to maintain a proper balance, you need to know while families are essential to identify the right amount of nutrients.
to expose them in a very simple, stylized them in a few keywords:

-protein meat, eggs, fish, legumes, seitan, tofu, etc.-
-calcium dairy-
-cereal starch , pasta, bread, flour-
vitamins & minerals, fruits, nuts, verdura, alghe-
lipidi -condimenti animali o vegetali, frutta secca-
zucchero -zucchero raffinato o grezzo, cioccolato, bibite, dolci e dolciumi-

Ora, sempre secondo i testi, diventa molto importante il ritmo con cui alterniamo and / or consume these food groups during the day.
I think I understood that the correct frequency should be this:

protein 1 time per day or
football 2 times a day
starch 2 times a day
vitamins & mineral 3 times a day
lipids the bare minimum in cooking
sugar sporadically

At this point, I try to deploy the categories subdivided into 3 main meals.

Colazione
calcio : yogurt, latte
amido : biscotti, muesli, avena in fiocchi, cereali soffiati o spezzati, pane
vitamine & minerali : frutta fresca, frutta secca

Pranzo
proteine : legumi, pesce, seitan
amido : cereali, riso, pasta, piadine, pane
vitamine & minerali : verdura, alghe

Cena
calcio : formaggi
vitamine & minerali : verdura, frutta

I want to import some concept of macrobiotics, which remains for me a charming and distant way of life.
So here is a list of concepts / actions that I'd like to mix in what has been written so far.

- always use only seasonal products, and prefer those typical of the regions they belong
-
avoid refined sugar whether or not
- avoid exciting such as coffee, tea blacks, chocolate
- not eat red or white meat
- not use refined flour
- vegetables that we eat during the day will be both raw and cooked
- when possible, open the meal with a bit of hot broth or soup light
- prefer cooking simple , or fries as much as possible to avoid excess of condiments

- in the morning, just woke up, drink a glass of water with half a lemon squeezed into

If you should add it to serve others, but is enough for now.

Giving up chocolate will be difficult, we do not succeed completely, will remain a luxury granted sometimes.
Like sometimes I will give the fish, especially perhaps in those occasions when you're out for lunch or dinner on the occasion, or when the mother-in-law invites you to dinner and makes the mussels ... you just can not say no ^ ^
The macro also suggest to avoid honey, but I eat more honey Winnie the Pooh and I can not quite get it out!
love unconditionally teas, and herbal remedies I find in them excellent, so when you can cuddle my stomach with a warm herbal tea (maybe a cup before going to bed and snacks at the bar / in the back of the store)

Obviously the change will be gradual and very proibitorio not absolutely, then proceed slowly to avoid rejection or insane cravings of unhealthy foods at once.

Basically it is a completely vegetarian diet from the impression, even if the diet is based on which I have more, and definitely not macrobiotics (the macrobiotic but is helpful for you to reflect on what you has lost the taste of food in a simple and natural, if you can read a book on the subject, I recommend something Kushi, who likes to stop what he is writing about and knows how to convey this devotion very well) but the most inspired in a very spiritual to it .

Now I go to sleep that are destroyed by sleep, I just put a sample diet daily or weekly, so that I have to try to conceive in order to go to the grocery store Monday (Wednesday ends the free ride to holiday and the fast-paced start the preparation of the new store, sigh sigh farewell morning sleep )

I would appreciate your comments, especially prchè surely you could have much more experience than me and you could help me understand if and where am I wrong!
Good night everyone ^ ^

ps I finally nicknamed "Green Power Water so you know that the posts with this label are the parts of my sick mind ^ ^
